The nurse dose is a game of catch. You’re given a tray of fluids that you have to keep on the table at all times. The tray is labeled with a number that you have to keep track of as you reach the top of the tray every few seconds. You have to keep track of the number of fluids that you’ve taken and how much has been left in each tray. If you’re successful you’ll score points.
The nurse dose can be played in many different ways. For one, you can play it like a timed game. You can use a timer to control how long it takes you to reach the top of the tray. You have to be careful though because a person can easily use this method to simply move around the table. A person with less self-awareness may not even realize here coming up behind you.
There are two different modes of this game, the first is the timed mode, which is very similar to the timed game we first saw in the first trailer. The second is a more direct way of playing, called the “drink” mode. You cant drink any fluids in this mode, which is why you need to get the nurse dose before you can drink from the cup. You get the chance to drink from the tray once you’ve reached the top of it.
The timer tells you when you reach the top of the cup, but the drink mode is so much more enjoyable. You can drink from the cup at any time, and then go back to drinking from the water jug. The drink mode also gives you a chance to get a better drink. You can drink from the water jug, but you can only drink from the tray twice, once for every drink you’ve gotten.
The tray has two functions. The first is to keep your drink warm, and it also contains a medicine dropper. The medicine dropper is like a tiny syringe that you can use to fill up your drink with the medicine youve gotten from the tray. The medicine dropper is a bit dangerous, as you can only use it once, and its function is to keep the medicine from going bad. The second function is to refill your drink with the medicine dropper.
For the first time, we actually see a real, working time-loop. The most obvious thing is that the nurse is dosing you, while the medicine dropper keeps the medicine from going bad. We also see that the medicine dropper is a bit more dangerous because you can only use it once. The actual dosing is slightly interesting, as when you dosed yourself, you were given a very small amount of medicine that you could have drunk straight up.
This is the first time we actually see how the medicine dropper works. The dropper is actually a little tube, which you can drink from. But when you drink from it, you get a second dose of medicine, and then when you drink a second time, you get a third dose. So you’re never quite sure if you dosed yourself or someone else, or if the medicine dropper has been dosed to another person.

The game is actually a very simple game, albeit one that requires a certain amount of skill to play. The game’s design allows you to play the game in a few different ways, and to try them out. If you play it like a stealth game, and you dont’ go after people on the first try, your game will be pretty easy to master, and you can easily kill dozens or hundreds of enemies with relative ease.
