A friend of mine, who is as handsome and sexy as any man I have ever seen, introduced me to what is often referred to as his “naked roommate”. I’d been seeing him for a while and I never knew this was his thing—until now.
It’s the weirdest thing I’ve ever heard of, but I think it is pretty neat. I don’t know why I’m sharing this with you.
I think because the word “naked” is a loaded one to say about someone, but I thought this was really beautiful. It’s like when you have a guy talking to you about his girl and then you say, “I dont know what he means by that, but he looks like he just got naked.
I don’t know if you’ve ever seen this but this is a scene from the movie “The Breakfast Club”. I don’t know if you realize that, but in the movie, the main character is constantly in between these two girls, which is really annoying because its always the same girl for all of his conversations.
The director of the film, Danny Boyle, used this moment of awkward semi-nudity to great effect. The dialogue in the scene seemed to make little sense unless you knew what was going on, but it actually had a very clever purpose. It allowed the audience to ask, “What is she doing?” and “What is she doing?” and “What is she doing?” in a way that was fun and not really relevant.
In our postmortem, we think this scene was actually the most successful of the trailer, but there are still some moments in it that don’t work. For example, because we haven’t seen the movie yet, we don’t know what the girls are doing and we don’t know what’s going on.
We’d really like to know what the girls are up to because we think what we saw was way better than what we saw in the movie.
After a long night of drinking, she wakes up naked on a beach and notices a guy named Colt Vahn sitting on a chair with black clothes on. She calls Colt on his cell because she didnt even know what kind of guy Colt was. He tells her he is the head of security and lets her go back into his house. When she gets to his bedroom and tries to kick his ass, Colt shoots her, then he sits down and tells her everything is cool.
We’ve seen Colt Vahn before in a movie. It’s the same guy and he’s the same dude. But now what happens? He was also the head of security who told our friends that Colt shot our friend. The problem is, even though we’re stuck with Colt Vahn in this time loop, there’s no way to know if he’s just being an ass to us and Colt. Maybe he’s actually the bad guy, we just don’t know.
Colt’s last-known goal was to take out his house’s seven Visionaries. Now that he has that info, he’s able to go back in time and kill Colt. But if Colt was planning to do it from the beginning, he would have used the time loop. So the problem with the “time loop” is that it’s impossible to know if Colt was planning the whole thing from the beginning.
